As they say, in a person, his inner beauty is important, and this is true! However, all this does not prevent us from wanting and trying to look beautiful on the outside too 😊.
The reality is that sometimes all this stressful life shows up on our faces in the form of puffiness, wrinkles and sagging skin. However, there is a proven way to look more vigorous and fresh without resorting to plastic surgery - EXERCISES FOR THE FACE. In fact, one of the latest studies, published this month in the journal JAMA Dermatology, found that facial exercises, sometimes referred to as "facial yoga," help make the face appear 3-4 years younger.
“Currently, there is some evidence that facial exercises help improve the appearance of the face and reduce some of the visible signs of aging,” says study lead author Dr. Murad Alam, vice chairman and professor of dermatology at Northwestern University, in the faculty medicine them. Feinberg at Northwestern University.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to look your best, and if there is a simple, effective, completely natural way to do it, then why not?
This is where the system of exercises for the face comes into play. Unlike all kinds of programs that use all kinds of devices, none of this is required here - only proven resistance exercises that really work.
Here are three exercises from the method that will help you start tightening parts of your face now:
1. EYEBROW LIFT EXERCISE
Take your mirror, hold it at eye level and look at the distance between your eyebrows and eyelashes. Place the three middle fingers of each hand under your eyebrows. Place your palms on your face. Raise your eyebrows up and “pin” the area by pressing on your forehead. Using your forehead muscles, press down on your fingertips. Keep your eyes open, look straight ahead and count to five. Then repeat this exercise three more times, counting to 10, closing your eyes at the 7th second to force oxygenated blood to nourish the upper eyelid tissue. Always take a cleansing breath after each exercise. Holding your mirror at eye level...can't you see the change? No big deal, long-term change comes with consistency and consistency of exercise.
Do this exercise 5 times a week, in the morning or in the evening. And after 4 weeks you will notice a positive trend.
2. EXERCISE FOR CORRECTION OF THE OVAL OF THE FACE
Sit up straight, straighten your shoulders. Raise your chin and look at the ceiling. Slowly turn your face to the right, keep looking at the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward so that it protrudes forward. Hold this position for five seconds. Slowly return the jaw back and gently turn the head to its original position.
Take a deep breath. Repeat the movement three more times, already lingering not for 5, but for 10 seconds. When you are done with the exercise, hold a mirror at eye level and evaluate what you see. Then do the same number of repetitions, turning your head to the other side - lift your chin, look at the ceiling and turn your face to the left. Stick to the same intervals - 5, 10, 10 and 10 seconds.
3. EXERCISES FROM HORIZONTAL WRINKLES ON THE FOREHEAD
Sit on a flat surface with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. With your index fingers, touch the forehead above the eyebrows, try to raise the eyebrows, and with your fingers prevent this by creating resistance. Raising your eyebrows, stay in this position for 5 seconds, then relax and then repeat this exercise another 10 to 12 times.
