Straight hair is something that is quite popular these days and if you are a fashion follower you certainly know about it.
Most women will think twice before straightening frizzy hair with traditional irons or curling irons because they are worried about possible hair damage. But with certain skills, high-quality tools and modern techniques, you can straighten your hair without harm to them. Here are a few methods that are safe for straightening curly hair.
HOW TO STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR. 5 WAYS
Method 1: Learning how to straighten hair with an iron (curling iron)
If you use a high-quality hair straightening tool and provide gentle hair care ( using organic shampoos , cosmetic oils , etc.), then hair straightening with an iron (or curling iron) will take place without much damage. The most important thing to remember when using an iron is the temperature. If you have a quality hair straightening tool, then it will definitely have the ability to adjust the temperature.
Adjust the temperature according to your hair type. For thin or slightly damaged hair, use a temperature between 120 and 150 degrees Celsius. For medium thickness hair, use 150 to 180 degrees Celsius, and for hair that is thick, coarse, or very curly, use 180 to 205 degrees Celsius. Try to control the temperature of your hair straightener without fail, so as not to harm your hair.
THE ORDER IS THIS:
- Wash your hair thoroughly and dry
- Apply heat protection spray
- Divide your hair into small sections
- Set your flat iron to the right temperature for your hair.
- Start straightening your hair from the lowest strands (just above the neck)
- Stop immediately if you notice that your hair starts to hiss(!)
- After you finish ironing, make sure you don't miss a single strand.
- In conclusion, you can, if desired, use a hairspray or fixative for hair.
