INNA CODRU , MAY 18, 2018
Not going to lie, pineapple is my favorite exotic fruit of all time. God, this is so delicious! But, back to the point, who knows that this delicious fruit has so many benefits when it comes to skin care? It is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and C, which fight free radicals and increase collagen production in the skin. All this helps to fight pigmentation and dark spots.
In addition, pineapple also contains bromelain, an ingredient that makes your skin firm, soft and supple, which prevents wrinkles from forming. And so, what are you waiting for? Let's go get pineapples and I'll tell you, in the meantime, how to use them to combat those pesky age spots.

Method number 2 :
Facial mask - Pineapple juice and yogurt
Honestly, you can just eat this face mask for breakfast because it's so damn delicious. And the lactic acid in yogurt works great with the antioxidants in pineapple to even out your skin tone and make it glow for next to nothing.
What you will need:
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
Mode of application:
- Mix pineapple juice and yogurt into a thick paste.
- Apply the paste on your face and leave on for 25 minutes.
- Wash off with warm water.
How often?
Three times a week.
!!! WARNING: Do a pineapple juice patch test on your forearm to see if your skin reacts negatively to it. Do not use(!) store-bought pineapple juice because it contains chemical preservatives that can damage your skin.
Tips: You can extract the juice from one full pineapple and use it for home remedies whenever and wherever you need, thus saving time. Drink a glass of pineapple juice every day to take full advantage of its power.
