Oh parsley. I sincerely apologize to you for hating you throughout my childhood. If I had known then what I know now, I would have enjoyed every leaf of yours and I would have been sure to come back for more.


To make up for my childhood shortcomings, let me tell you why you should immediately stock up in your fridge with these excellent greens. This herb is loaded with vitamins A and C, which increase your skin's collagen production and fight free radicals to give you fresh, supple skin free from acne and blemishes.


In addition, the content of vitamin K in it prevents the formation of wrinkles. Finally, the antibacterial and antifungal nature of parsley gives you clear and healthy skin overall.



Method number 1 :

Facial mask - parsley, lemon juice and honey


The combined vitamin C content of parsley and lemon juice combine to make a wonderful home remedy to combat any dark spots on your face.


What you will need:


  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • Blender


Mode of application:


  • Chop the parsley, add some water to it and grind it with a blender until it forms a paste.

  • Add honey and lemon juice to the parsley paste and mix thoroughly.

  • Apply the mixture on your face, paying special attention to dark spots.

  • Rinse with clean water after 20 minutes.

Method number 2 :

Facial mask - "Tea" from parsley and lemon juice



This parsley and lemon juice made as a tea will brighten up your skin and make it very refreshing. In addition, it will help in the fight against age spots.


What you will need:


  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Water

  • cotton pads


Mode of application:


  • Chop the parsley and pour two cups of boiling water over it. Brew for 10-12 minutes.

  • Drain the infusion into a clean bowl and add a tablespoon of lemon juice to this parsley infusion.

  • Using cotton pads, apply this parsley-lemon "tea" directly to your blemishes.

  • Rinse your face with clean water after 30 minutes.
