Oh parsley. I sincerely apologize to you for hating you throughout my childhood. If I had known then what I know now, I would have enjoyed every leaf of yours and I would have been sure to come back for more.
To make up for my childhood shortcomings, let me tell you why you should immediately stock up in your fridge with these excellent greens. This herb is loaded with vitamins A and C, which increase your skin's collagen production and fight free radicals to give you fresh, supple skin free from acne and blemishes.
