- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mode of application:
- Mix yogurt, oatmeal and lemon juice into a thick paste.
- Apply the paste on your face and leave for 20 minutes.
- Wash off with water.
How often?
Three times a week.
Method number 2 :
Facial mask - Yogurt, mint and rose water
While yogurt will fight your age spots, mint acts as an antibacterial agent and rose water prevents skin aging.
What you will need:
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dry mint powder
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- Blender
Mode of application:
- Mix yogurt, mint and rose water with a blender into a paste.
- Apply the paste on your face and leave it on for 40 minutes.
- Wash off with water.
