Braids are easy to weave. They are universal. They look elegant, what can I say, they look cool. They are very varied. And they never go out of style. Braids can be internal or external, can be rolled up or hanging down freely. You can try such options as: weaving a braid with ribbons, weaving a braid inside out, weaving braids with kanekalon. You can add many of your own variations using ribbons, beads and more. One form of braiding is the French braid. This is one of the easiest and most beautiful braids that you can do without much effort.

Here's what you might need for this:

  • Hair mousse

  • Comb

  • Hairpins

  • Hair bands

  • Hair fixation spray

SO, FRENCH SPIDIT, HOW TO WEAV IT CORRECTLY

It would be right to start with these simple steps necessary to master the classic three-strand French weave. See the photo below and then the video to quickly master this technique. Then already, you can use your skills to master more advanced styles (DUTCH SPID, "WATERFALL" and others).

You can start to try both on dry and wet hair, at your discretion. Also, both straight and curly hair are suitable for this braid.

Start by brushing your hair with a soft hairbrush to straighten your hair and remove any tangles. Apply some hair mousse to the middle of your hair (not the roots). This product will add extra volume to your hair and a shiny "freshly washed" look. This will be better for the hair, unlike the gel, which gives the hair the bounce and brittle look it doesn't want at the moment.

If you have thin or brittle hair, then mousse will probably be a must-have product for you, as it instantly adds volume to your hair.

- STEP 1

After combing your hair, separate a large strand of hair from the top of your head (you can start right from the forehead if the length of the hair allows). So, this big strand should be from the top of the head. Make sure all the hair in this section comes from the same row. Don't grab hair "here and there." Gather hair from the top of your forehead. The thickness of your braid will gradually increase as more hair is woven into it, then, towards the ponytail, it will decrease in volume.

- STEP 2

Now, combing the first, large strand, and making sure that there are no tangles in it, you should divide it into three parts. Make sure that the length and width of each small strand is the same. Fix each strand with your fingers, you can use an elastic band for the central strand (it can then be either carefully cut or hidden inside the braid). Hold the created strands with your hand.

- STEP 3

Now, make one braid using these three strands, just like you would with a normal braid. After that, it is necessary to add additional strands to our braid, for this, separate from the right side of the head and from the left one more strand.

And start spinning them into a braid, laying them in the central part of the weave in turn. In this way, collect strands of the remaining hair on both sides of the head and continue to weave them into the middle of the pigtail. And so on until the end. Everything is simple.

- STEP 4

When all the strands of hair are tucked into a braid, secure the tail of the pigtail with a hair tie. After that, you can use hairspray to give the braid a smooth and beautiful look.

You can give your weaving a personality using ribbons and even fresh flowers. Also, threads with pearls or beads are often used, weaving them into a braid.

To give the braid a slightly "relaxed" look, weaving can be done without tightening, but loosening the knots, as if slightly pulling the strand out of the braid during weaving.
