HOW MANY ORANGE CAN YOU EAT A DAY?



There are no specific studies on this, but looking at the high levels of vitamin C and the abundance of other beneficial phytochemicals, you can consume one to two oranges a day . The antioxidants and other anti-inflammatory compounds in oranges help treat and prevent chronic disease. However, make sure you don't consume them in excess.
