SUGARING PASTE IS CANDIED, WHAT TO DO?
First of all, do not panic, with a high probability, the matter is fixable.
First: if the pasta was recently purchased and you are sure that the reason for the sugaring is not your fault, then the pasta is probably defective and should be changed in the store without any problems.
If this is not so, then Second: Most likely, either moisture or some small debris got into the paste during the work, which caused sugaring.
It will look like the one in the picture.
What do we need to fix everything?
It is necessary to warm up the paste to about 100 degrees. How to do this?
Put the jar of pasta in the microwave (naturally, there should not be any metal parts on the jar), remove the lid from it. Turn on the microwave for 2 (two) minutes (power 800).
After that, carefully remove the jar from the microwave and mix the pasta well (it is NOT ready yet), with a clean wooden or iron spatula, until smooth, so that all the lumps and pieces of sugar formed there dissolve.
Then put the jar back in the microwave and turn on the heat again for 2 (two) minutes (power 800).
After that, remove the jar again, carefully, the paste is VERY hot! Place it in a cool, dry place (never in the refrigerator!). Do NOT close the lid. Within an hour or two, the paste will completely cool down and become the same as it was when you bought it. After that, it can be closed with a lid and put away.
Personally, this method has helped me out several times already.
Good procedures!
